Our Beginning

Lonnie Chavon was created in April 2020 at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic by a single mother of a new baby as a way to provide vegan friendly, cruelty free candles and body care to help relieve stress, anxiety, and depression for people suffering during the lockdowns. As the lockdowns began to lift in late 2020/early 2021, clothing, swimwear, and accessories were added as many people began to travel and have some normalcy in their lives. Why not celebrate with a brand new wardrobe? Thus, the creation of 319Apparel clothing, swimwear, and accessories. Lonnie Chavon is ALWAYS growing and evolving and will continue to provide high quality products because we love our customers and we love what we do!

Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

  • All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

    Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.

    We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.

    Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of the item.

  • To return an item, please email customer service at Lonniechavoncomforts@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

  • After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
